A mysterious fire in the Udu Local Government Area of Delta State has claimed three lives, according to reports.

The
fire started in the early hours of Friday, December 26, in the rooms of
one of the commercial sex workers in the area, Vanguard reports.
The inferno is said to have extended to nearby shops and homes and destroyed property worth millions of naira.
According to witnesses, the bodies of the victims were discovered in the blaze and had burnt beyond recognition.
“Corpses of the lady and most likely her male client were found on the same spot”, a witness told Saturday Vanguard.
The bodies of the deceased have since been deposited at a mortuary.
